◂ THE DRAW
PRIVACY POLICY
Effective June 12, 2026 · thedraw.live
The Draw (thedraw.live) is a live tournament-tracker website. We keep things simple: no accounts, no sign-ups, and we collect as little as possible.
What we collect
- Server logs. Our content delivery network (Amazon CloudFront) records standard access logs — IP address, browser user-agent, pages requested, and timestamps. We use these only to understand aggregate traffic. Logs are automatically deleted after 90 days.
- Analytics. We may use Google Analytics to measure visits and page views. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data under Google's privacy policy. We enable IP anonymization, and we honor your browser's "Do Not Track" setting — if it's on, analytics never loads.
What stays in your browser
Features like the bracket simulator store their state in your browser's localStorage. That data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.
Third-party requests your browser makes
- FIFA (api.fifa.com) — live scores and match events are fetched directly by your browser from FIFA's public API.
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) — webfont delivery.
Those services receive your IP address as part of any normal web request and operate under their own privacy policies.
Affiliate links
DISCLOSURE: Some outbound links on this site (for example to ticket marketplaces, streaming services, or merchandise retailers) may be affiliate links. If you make a purchase or sign up through them, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never affects what we show or how matches, standings, and brackets are presented.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent personal information.
- We don't run third-party ad trackers.
- We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13; this site is general-audience sports content.
